RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0029 (Sponsor: Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO TO ACTIVATE THE EXISTING HEALTH FACILITIES, EQUIPMENTS AND THE LIKE THAT ARE NOT YET OPERATIVE, TO ADDRESS THE INCREASING CASES OF COVID-19 IN OUR LOCALITY, FOR PURPOSES OF READINESS TOWARDS UNDESIRABLE SITUATIONS" WHEREAS, in the continuous monitoring on of the contamination, spreading and mutation of COVID-19 virus and its variants, there is a necessity to closely focus focus closely in on our mitigation so as to to lessen, kulangan ni ug comma if not stop the rapid increase of the infected individuals; WHEREAS, the present administration had prepared the needed measures since the start of the pandemic by putting-up of health facilities, acquiring additional medical equipment, availability of vaccines, augmentation of health workers and front liners and the like; WHEREAS, apparently, there are health facilities that are not yet operational at the moment thus, there is this urgent need to activate the same to be of great support in the mitigation of such infectious disease diseases; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to request, as it is hereby requested the Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, to activate the existing health facilities, equipment and the like that are not yet operative, delete comma dili na ni kinahanglan to address the increasing cases of COVID-19 in our locality, for purposes of readiness towards undesirable situations. RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his favorable consideration. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
