RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0019 (Sponsor: Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO EXTEND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE FUND SOURCES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT, TO THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE KAPISANAN NG MGA BRODKASTER NG PILIPINAS (KBP)-ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR CHAPTER WHO WILL BE ATTENDING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE THREE (3) DAY SEMINAR/WORKSHOP ON BROADCAST JOURNALISM ON SEPTEMBER 2016-18, 2022, AT THE CITY OF MANILA" WHEREAS, the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP)-Zamboanga del Sur Chapter, through its Chairman, Mr. Melchor U. Coronel, has sought financial assistance from the City Government to help defray the round-trip air fare expenses of at least thirty (30) members and officers of the said organization who will be attending and participating the three (3)-day Seminar/Workshop on Broadcast Journalism in the City of Manila on September 2016-18, 2022, which request was favorably forwarded by the Honorable City Mayor to this august body for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation of the foregoing request, this body finds it prim and proper to approve the grant of financial assistance to be taken out of any available fund sources of the City Government, thus, this authority; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to extend financial assistance, out of any available fund sources of the City Government, to the officers and members of the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP)-Zamboanga del Sur Chapter who will be attending and participating in the three (3) day Seminar/Workshop on Broadcast Journalism on September 2016-18, 2022, at the City of Manila. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, for information and favorable action; and to the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas-Zamboanga del Sur Chapter, through its Chairman, Mr. Melchor U.
