"A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO INVITE, FOR A CONFERENCE, THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE PAGADIAN CITY WATER DISTRICT (PCWD); ATTN: MR. FLORENDO G. ABAYON, CHAIRPERSON-JOINT VENTURE SELECTION COMMITTEE, TOGETHER WITH THE MEMBERS OF THE 13TH CITY COUNCIL PURPOSELY TO DISCUSS MATTERS CONCERNING THE UNSOLICITED JOINT VENTURE PROPOSAL OF THE PAMANA WATER CORPORATION IN RELATION TO THE SCHEDULED EVALUATION OF THE SAID PROPOSAL ON DECEMBER 2013-14, 2021 AT THE ACACIA HOTEL, 5400E ASIA DR., ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA, METRO MANILA"
WHEREAS, the attention of this august body was called by the letter-invitation from the Chairperson of the Joint Venture Selection Committee of the Pagadian City Water District (PCWD) to the President of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE)-Zamboanga del Sur Chapter, relative to the evaluation of the Unsolicited Joint Venture Proposal of the PAMANA Water Corporation Stage 1, on December 2013-14, 2021, at the Acacia Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, considering the proximity of the scheduled evaluation and, given the gravity of the foregoing endeavor which will be for the general interest of the public, it is thus necessary for the City Government of Pagadian to be apprised and enlightened on the foregoing undertaking, hence, inviting the concerned officers of the Pagadian City Water District (PCWD) is most appropriate and in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it

RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests the the Honorable City Mayor to invite, for a conference, the General Manager of the Pagadian City Water District (PCWD); attn: Mr. Florendo G. Abayon, Chairperson-Joint Venture Selection Committee, together with the members of the 13th City Council purposely to discuss matters concerning the Unsolicited Joint Venture Proposal of the PAMANA Water Corporation in relation to the scheduled evaluation of the said proposal on December 2013-14, 2021 at the Acacia Hotel, 5400e Asia Dr., Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable action.
