RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1388 (Sponsored by: Committees on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation; and on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 099 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-500, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING INCENTIVES AND PRIVILEGES TO FULLY INOCULATED RESIDENTS OF PAGADIAN CITY AGAINST THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 099, authored by Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing Incentives and Privileges to Fully Inoculated Residents of Pagadian City Against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and For Other Purposes," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 099 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-500, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing Incentives and Privileges to Fully Inoculated Residents of Pagadian City Against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and For Other Purposes.
