RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1381 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 097 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-499, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-462, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE RECONSTITUTING THE LOCAL COMMITTEE ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (LCAT-VAWC) FOR THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING ITS COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," TO FURTHER RECONSTITUTE THE COMPOSITION OF THE LCAT-VAWC TO CONFORM WITH DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2020-006" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 097, authored by the Committee on Health and Social Services, has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands, merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 097 on Third Reading and Ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-499, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Section 3 of City Ordinance No. 2020-462, otherwise known as "An Ordinance Reconstituting The Local Committee On Anti-Trafficking And Violence Against Women And Their Children (LCAT-VAWC) For The City Of Pagadian, Prescribing Its Composition And Functions, Providing Funds Thereof, And For Other Purposes," to further reconstitute the composition of the LCAT-VAWC to conform with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-006."
