RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1366 (Sponsored By: Committee on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 094 AND ENACTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-498 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S CENTRALIZED PHARMACY OUTLET AT THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE EXECUTIVE BUILDING, CITY HALL COMPLEX, GATAS DISTRICT, THIS CITY; PRESCRIBING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES GOVERNING ITS OPERATION; PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO THE EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS PRESCRIBED BY THE FOOD AND DRUGS ADMINISTRATION (FDA)" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 094, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The City Government's Centralized Pharmacy Outlet At The Ground Floor Of The Executive Building, City Hall Complex, Gatas District, This City; Prescribing Policies And Guidelines Governing Its Operation; Providing Funds Therefor; And For Other Purposes, Subject, However, To The Existing Rules And Regulations Prescribed By The Food And Drugs Administration (FDA)," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 094 and enacting the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-498 entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The City Government's Centralized Pharmacy Outlet At The Ground Floor Of The Executive Building, City Hall Complex, Gatas District, This City; Prescribing Policies And Guidelines Governing Its Operation; Providing Funds Therefor; And For Other Purposes, Subject, However, To The Existing Rules And Regulations Prescribed By The Food And Drugs Administration (FDA)," APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
