Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 093 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-497, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2016-360, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE CITY ANTI-DANGEROUS DRUGS ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR," THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESCINDING AND ABROGATING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-392" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 093, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Section 5 of City Ordinance No. 2016-360, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating And Establishing The City Anti-Dangerous Drugs Administrative Board In The City Of Pagadian, Defining Its Functions And Providing Funds Therefor", Thereby, in Effect, Rescinding and Abrogating City Ordinance No. 2017-392," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 093 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-497, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Section 5 of City Ordinance No. 2016-360, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating And Establishing The City Anti-Dangerous Drugs Administrative Board In The City Of Pagadian, Defining Its Functions And Providing Funds Therefor", Thereby, In Effect, Rescinding and Abrogating City Ordinance No. 2017-392."
