RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1349 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 095, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING, FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, FOUR (4) PERMANENT PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN SPECIFIED DEPARTMENT/OFFICES AND ONE (1) CO-TERMINUS POSITION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR; DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EACH OF THESE POSITIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 095, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Finance & Appropriations which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 095, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating, For The City Government Of Pagadian, Four (4) Permanent Plantilla Positions In Specified Department/Offices And One (1) Co-Terminus Position Under The Administrative Division, Office Of The City Mayor; Defining The Functions, Duties And Responsibilities For Each Of These Positions; And Providing For The Source Of Funds For Its Implementation", and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
