Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 090, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AGRICULTURAL AND BIOSYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION UNDER THE CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE; DEFINING THE COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIVISION; AND THE CREATION OF RELEVANT PERSONNEL POSITIONS AND DEFINING THE QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS ATTACHED THERETO," AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 090, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 090, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Agricultural And Biosystems Engineering Division under the City Agriculture Office; Defining the Composition and Functional Responsibilities of the Division; and the Creation of relevant Personnel Positions and Defining the Qualifications, Duties and Functions Attached Thereto," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
