RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1312 (Sponsor: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DIRECT THE CITY TREASURER TO EXCLUDE THE HEREUNDER LISTED PROPERTIES WITH MULTIPLE CLAIMANTS/DECLARANTS WHICH REAL PROPERTY TAX DUE HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID BY ONE OF THE CLAIMANTS OF THE CONFLICTED LOTS AS WELL AS ROAD LOTS BEFORE PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF SALE ON PROPERTIES DUE FOR AUCTION SHALL BE MADE IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER" WHEREAS, the City Treasurer, by way of a letter addressed to the Honorable City Mayor, sought for the publication in a local newspaper the first batch of the List of Notices of Sale of Properties due for auction in the amount of P7,761,609.55 and copy furnished this august body for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, this body, considering the recommendation of the Committee on Ways and Means, to which the foregoing concern was referred for preliminary review, and finding that some properties which were listed as due for auction are with multiple claimant/declarants where real property tax due have already been paid by one of the claimants of the conflicted lots as well as road lots, deems it appropriate and in order to direct the City Treasurer to exclude such properties in the publication; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B.
