RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1311

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-01 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF TUBURAN, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE UPDATING/AMENDING THE ESTABLISHING A UNIFIED/STANDARD BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE AND OTHER BARANGAY FEES OR CHARGES" AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT"

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Tuburan enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 2021-01, and submitted the same to this august body in accordance with R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation;

WHEREAS, the Committee on Ways and Means, to which the foregoing concern was referred for preliminary review, recommends for its confirmation by the body as no legal impediment has been found that will prevent the enforcement of the same; 

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it
RESOLVED to approve and declare, as this body hereby approves and declares Barangay Ordinance No. 2021-01 of the Barangay Council of Tuburan, entitled: "An Ordinance Updating/Amending the Establishing a Unified/Standard Barangay Clearance Fee and Other Barangay Fees or Charges" as operative and in full force and effect.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Tuburan, through the Punong Barangay, this city, for its information and guidance.
