Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF NINE MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND 53/100 (P9, 686,325.53) PESOS TAKEN FROM THE DIFFERENT EXPENDITURE ALLOCATIONS IN THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT AS SAVINGS PER CERTIFICATION BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE" WHEREAS, the Local Finance Committee certified to the availability of the total amount of Nine Million Six Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Five and 53/100 (P9,686,325.53) Pesos from the different expenditure allocations in the Calendar Year 2020 Annual Budget of the City Government as savings and recommended that such amount be made available to fund the various plans, projects and activities of the City Government as specified in the Supplemental Annual Budget No. 04 adopted by the City Development Council through its Resolution No. 2021-08; WHEREAS, in view of the afore-mentioned certification issued by the Local Finance Committee, this body now considers the amount as free from any obligation for the remaining part of the year and therefore may be declared as savings in appropriations; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R.Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares the total amount of Nine Million Six Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Five and 53/100 (P9,686,325.53) Pesos taken from the different expenditure allocations in the Calendar Year 2020 Annual Budget of the City Government as savings per certification by the Local Finance Committee. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Local Finance Committee through the Honorable City Mayor, in his concurring capacity as Chairman, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
