KAPA TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN OF EIGHT (8) PARCELS OF LAND SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED AS ROAD LOT NO. 1, TCT NO. T-44,958; ROAD LOT NO. 2, TCT NO. T-44,959; ROAD LOT NO. 3, TCT NO. T-44,960; ROAD LOT NO. 4, TCT NO. T-44,961; ROAD LOT NO. 5, TCT NO. T-44,962; ROAD LOT NO. 6, TCT NO. T-44,963; ROAD LOT NO. 7, TCT NO. T-44,964; AND ROAD LOT NO. 8, TCT NO. T-44,965, SITUATED AT NJK VILLA BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, Ms. Nimfa Y. Kapa, developer of NJK Villa Buenavista, offered to donate eight (8) parcels of land under PSD-09-066137, purposely for the development of the following road lots; Road Lot No. 1, TCT No. T-44,958, with an area of 1,321 square meters; Road Lot No. 2, TCT NO. T-44,959, with an area of 983 square meters; Road Lot No. 3, TCT NO. T-44,960, with an area of 910 square meters; Road Lot No. 4, TCT NO. T-44,961, with an area of 900 square meters; Road Lot No. 5, TCT NO. T-44,962, with an area of 890 square meters; Road Lot No. 6, TCT NO. T-44,963, with an area of 880 square meters; Road Lot No. 7, TCT NO. T-44,964, with an area of 868 square meters; Road Lot No. 8, TCT NO. T-44,965 with an area of 696 square meters; WHEREAS, this body, finding the donation to the best interest of the city and its constituents, deems it urgent and most appropriate to clothe the City Chief Executive with the authority to accept the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to accept the donation of Ms. Nimfa Y. Kapa to the City of Pagadian of eight (8) parcels of land specifically identified as Road Lot No. 1, TCT No. T-44,958; Road Lot No. 2, TCT No. T-44,959; Road Lot No. 3, TCT No. T-44,960; Road Lot No. 4, TCT No. T-44,961; Road Lot No. 5, TCT No. T-44,962; Road Lot No. 6, TCT No. T-44,963; Road Lot No. 7, TCT No. T-44,964; and Road Lot No. 8, TCT No. T-44,965, situated at NJK Villa Buenavista Subdivision, Barangay Buenavista, this city. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his appropriate action; and to Ms. Nimfa Y. Kapa, lot donor, for information and guidance.
