RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1278

"A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY (PMA) TO CONDUCT THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (PMAEE) IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN ON SEPTEMBER 2016-18, 2021"
WHEREAS, Major Jason R. Alabado, OIC-PMAEE Pagadian City Proctor Team, by way of a letter, sought the City Government's support in providing a testing venue with PA system which could accommodate 200-250 examinees with proper social distancing as well as chairs with desk arms purposely for the conduct of the Philippine Military Academy Entrance Examination (PMAEE) in the City of Pagadian on September 2016-18, 2021, which letter was favorably endorsed by the Honorable City Mayor to this august body for its consideration;
WHEREAS, this body, finding the foregoing request beneficial and advantageous to the aspiring local residents, deems it appropriate and in order to authorize the Philippine Military Academy to conduct such examination;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it
RESOLVED to allow, as this body hereby allows the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) to conduct the Philippine Military Academy Entrance Examination (PMAEE) in the City of Pagadian on September 2016-18, 2021. 
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information; and to Major Jason R. Alabado, OIC-PMAEE Pagadian City Proctor Team, for information, guidance and reference.
