RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1275 (By Acclamation) "A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR FOR THE AWARDS AND RECOGNITION RECEIVED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN IN RELATION TO THE 2020 REGIONAL CMCI AWARDS ON COMPONENT CITIES CATEGORY CONDUCTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (DTI)" WHEREAS, just recently, the City Government of Pagadian has been the recipient of several major awards from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in relation to the 2020 Regional CMCI Awards on Component Cities Category for the Zamboanga Peninsula Region, namely: 1st Place - OVERALL COMPETITIVENESS 1st Place - INFRASTRUCTURE 1st Place - ECONOMIC DYNAMISM 2nd Place - RESILIENCY 2nd Place - GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY WHEREAS, the foregoing achievement is an eloquent manifestation of the efforts of the present administration under the stewardship of the Honorable City Mayor to enhance the economic and social well-being of the Pagadianons; NOW, THEREFORE, on unanimous motion of all Council Members present, and severally seconded, it was RESOLVED to congratulate and commend, as this body hereby congratulates and commends the Honorable City Mayor for the awards and recognition received by the City Government of Pagadian in relation to the 2020 Regional CMCI Awards on Component Cities Category conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information and guidance. APPROVED BY ACCLAMATION.
