Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENAMING AND/OR CHANGING OF THE PROJECT TITLE/NAME OF THREE (3) INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS CONTAINED UNDER VARIOUS ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) AND SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (SAIP) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor endorsed to this august body Resolution No. 2021-07 of the City Development Council (CDC) Executive Committee which, in gist, adopted and approved the realignment/renaming of three (3) infrastructure projects with AIP Reference Numbers Listed under various Annual Investment Plan (AIP), with the same corresponding Project Costs and Reference Numbers, respectively, as herein specified, to wit: AIP Reference Number Current Project Titles/Names Project Cost 2SAIP19-DF8000-B3 Widening/Installation of Curve and Gutter at Diversion Road 5,000,000.00 DF20-8000-B1q Installation of Curve and Gutter at B.F. Arao Avenue (continuation) 1,000,000.00 DRRMF21-1000-2-a14 Construction of Sidewalk with Underground Drainage Along Urro St. (Jct F.S. Pajares - Alano St.) Northernside 2,400,000.00 WHEREAS, the body, in consideration of the favorable recommendation of the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, finds the renaming of the projects to be in conformity with the over-all development plans and programs of the City Government, thus its approval is most necessary; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the renaming and/or changing of the project title/name of three (3) infrastructure projects contained under various Annual Investment Plan (AIP) and Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) of the City Government of Pagadian, as follows: AIF REFERENCE NO.
