RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1242 (Co-Sponsors: Committees on Ways and Means; and on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 084 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-486, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CENTRALIZING THE LANDING AND TRADING OF FISH AND ALL OTHER FRESH AND MARINE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING FISHING VESSELS AT THE COMMUNITY FISH LANDING CENTER OF PAGADIAN CITY AND PROVIDING FEES AND OTHER CHARGES THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 084, co-authored by the Committee on Ways and Means and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform, entitled: "An Ordinance Centralizing The Landing And Trading Of Fish And All Other Fresh And Marine Products, Including Fishing Vessels At The Community Fish Landing Center Of Pagadian City And Providing Fees And Other Charges Thereof" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 084, on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-486, entitled: "An Ordinance Centralizing The Landing And Trading Of Fish And All Other Fresh And Marine Products, Including Fishing Vessels At The Community Fish Landing Center Of Pagadian City And Providing Fees And Other Charges Thereof" APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
