RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1239 (Sponsor: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts & Culture) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 081, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE SHOAL AT LALAS SITUATED WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL WATERS OF PAGADIAN CITY AS "PAGADIAN LALAS SHOAL", AND SCHEDULING THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 081 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 081, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Shoal at Lalas situated within the Municipal Waters of Pagadian City as "Pagadian Lalas Shoal", and scheduling the same on Third and Final Reading.
