RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1238 (Sponsor: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts & Culture) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 080 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-484, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE SANDBAR WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL WATERS OF PAGADIAN CITY AS "ISLA PUTING BALAS" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 080, authored by the Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Sandbar within the Municipal Waters of Pagadian City as "Isla Puting Balas" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 084, on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-484, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Sandbar within the Municipal Waters of Pagadian City as "Isla Puting Balas."
