RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1214 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 079 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-483, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE CREATING VARIOUS POSITIONS IN THE PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN SPECIFICALLY UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, OFFICE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR, CITY BUDGET OFFICE, OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR AND OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER AND PROVIDING FOR THE SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 079, sponsored by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Various Positions In The Plantilla Of Personnel For Calendar Year 2021 Of The City Government Of Pagadian Specifically Under The Office Of The City Mayor, Office Of The City Administrator, City Budget Office, Office Of The City Planning And Development Coordinator And Office Of The City Treasurer And Providing For The Source Of Funds For Its Implementation" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R.
