RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1213 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 079, ENTITLED: CREATING VARIOUS POSITIONS IN THE PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN SPECIFICALLY UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, OFFICE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR, CITY BUDGET OFFICE, OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR AND OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER AND PROVIDING FOR THE SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 079 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 079, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Various Positions In The Plantilla Of Personnel For Calendar Year 2021 Of The City Government Of Pagadian Specifically Under The Office Of The City Mayor, Office Of The City Administrator, City Budget Office, Office Of The City Planning And Development Coordinator And Office Of The City Treasurer And Providing For The Source Of Funds For Its Implementation" and for its consideration on Third Reading.
