RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1212 (Sponsored by: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising) "A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF MS. KRISTINE MAY P. TAN TO CONSTRUCT AND ESTABLISH A 32-KILOLITER CAPACITY GASOLINE STATION PROJECT CALLED SOUTH SEAS OIL GASOLINE STATION AT PUROK MADASIGON, BARANGAY BANALE, THIS CITY, PROVIDED THAT ALL DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8479 AND SUCH OTHER EXISTING LAWS AND LOCAL ORDINANCES PERTAINING THERETO ARE SATISFIED AND DULY COMPLIED WITH" WHEREAS, Ms. Kristine May P. Tan has applied for the construction and establishment of a 32-kiloliter-capacity gasoline station to be named as South Seas Oil Gasoline Station at Purok Madasigon, Barangay Banale, this city, and sought the support and endorsement of this august body in securing the necessary government permits and clearances; WHEREAS, the concerned Committee to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial consideration, with reference to the favorable endorsement by the OIC-City Zoning Administrator, finds no legal impediment to the application provided that all requisites for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the facility as may be stipulated in existing national laws and local ordinances be strictly complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to interpose, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the application of Ms. Kristine May P. Tan to construct and establish a 32-Kiloliter Capacity Gasoline Station Project called South Seas Oil Gasoline Station at Purok Madasigon, Barangay Banale, this city, provided that all documentary requirements under Republic Act No. 8479 and such other existing laws and local ordinances pertaining thereto are satisfied and duly complied with. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Engineer; the City Building Official; and Ms. Kristine P.
