"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 016, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2006-07-2021, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX PESOS AND 90/100 (P468,271,986.90) AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS, SERVICES, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAS) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN"
 
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted to this body Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 03 for CY-2021 of the City Government of Pagadian for consideration which has, upon scrutiny and evaluation, been found to address the over-all operational needs as well as various Programs, Services, Projects and Activities (PPAs) of the city;
WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 016 and ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2006-07-2021, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and 90/100 (P468,271,986.90) as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for various Programs, Services, Projects and Activities (PPAs) of the City Government of Pagadian."
