"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 077 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-482, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THERETO"

WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 077, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing The Special Educational Assistance Program Of The City Government Of Pagadian And Appropriating Funds Thereto" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;

WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 077, on Third Reading and adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-482, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing The Special Educational Assistance Program Of The City Government Of Pagadian And Appropriating Funds Thereto"
