RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1188 ((by: Acclamation) "A RESOLUTION CONVEYING THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE GAMPONG FAMILY FOR THE UNTIMELY DEMISE OF HONORABLE ALI C. GAMPONG, PUNONG BARANGAY TIGUMA, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, Honorable Ali C. Gampong, known to be a very dedicated public servant, serving the Barangay Government of Tiguma as Barangay Chairman, had spent selfless dedicated community service in support of the thrust and desire of the City of Pagadian for the benefit of his constituents; WHEREAS, his untimely death in the hands of his assailants on 24 June 2021 is very unfortunate and an irreplaceable loss not only to the Gampong Family and the Barangay Government of Tiguma, but to the entire City of Pagadian as well; WHEREAS, the officials and personnel of the City Government join the people of Pagadian City in condoling the bereaved family during their moment of great sorrow and earnestly intercede for the eternal rest of his soul; NOW, THEREFORE, on unanimous motion of all the members of the 13th City Council present, be it RESOLVED to convey, as this body hereby conveys the City Government's deepest sympathy and condolences to the Gampong family for the untimely demise of Honorable Ali C. Gampong, Punong Barangay of Tiguma, this city. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the immediate family of the late Ali C. Gampong, for their information.
