Pameron) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DIRECT ALL 54 PUNONG BARANGAYS OF PAGADIAN CITY TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPECTIVE SPECIMEN OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AS WELL AS COPY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE BARANGAY REVENUE ORDINANCES TO THE CITY BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSING OFFICE-OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR PURSUANT TO THE MANDATE OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11032" WHEREAS, in pursuance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 11032 otherwise known as "The Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," local government units were mandated to set up an Electronic Business One Stop Shop (e-BOSS) purposely to eliminate red tape and reduce time spent in all the transactions being catered by government agencies and local government units; WHEREAS, for the purpose of streamlining and automating business processing, barangay clearances, permits and/or licenses shall now be issued by the City Business Permit and Licensing Office-Office of the City Mayor, such that specimen of an electronic signatures of all concerned Punong Barangays is necessary for the implementation of the same; WHEREAS, considering the urgency and importance of the matter, this body finds it urgent to require the 54 Punong Barangays of the city to submit their respective specimen of electronic signatures as well as their barangay revenue ordinances to the Business Permit Licensing Office for such purpose, hence, this request ; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests the Honorable City Mayor to direct all 54 Punong Barangays of Pagadian City to submit their respective specimen of electronic signatures as well as their respective Barangay Revenue Ordinances to the City Business Permit and Licensing Office-Office of the City Mayor pursuant to the mandate of Republic Act No. 11032. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for immediate favorable consideration; and the 54 Punong Barangays of the Pagadian City, for compliance; and to the Head-City Business Permits and Licensings Office, Office of the City Mayor, for their information and guidance.
