RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1178 (Sponsor: Committee of the Whole) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 071 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-480, ENTITLED: " AN ORDINANCE TO EXPROPRIATE THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY MS. CHARITY C. ULIDE KNOWN AS LOT NO. B-3-A, COVERED BY TCT NO. 131-2019000767, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 15,000 SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO INITIATE EXPROPRIATION PROCEEDINGS OVER THE SAID PROPERTY AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS NEEDED THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 071, sponsored by the Committee of the Whole, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 071 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-480, entitled: "An Ordinance to expropriate the parcel of land owned by Ms. Charity C. Ulide known as Lot No. B-3-A, covered by TCT No. 131-2019000767, containing an area of 15,000 square meters, situated at Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, and authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to initiate Expropriation Proceedings over the said property and appropriating the necessary funds needed therefore and for other purposes."
