RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1164 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science & Technology & Accreditation of NGOs & POs) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 076 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-479, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAGADIAN CITY INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE, DEFINING HEREIN THE RULES AND POLICIES TO GOVERN THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THERETO"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 076, authored by the Committee on Education, Science & Technology & Accreditation of NGOs & POs, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Pagadian City International College, Defining Herein the Rules and Policies to Govern the Management and Operation, and Appropriating Funds Thereto" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 076, on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-479, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing the Pagadian City International College, Defining Herein the Rules and Policies to Govern the Management and Operation, and Appropriating Funds Thereto."
