RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1133 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO GRANT MONTHLY MONETARY ALLOWANCE OF FIVE THOUSAND (P5,000.00) PESOS TO PLT EVELYN R. BAYOCOT, STATION CHIEF-DESIGNATE, PNP AVIATION SECURITY GROUP, CHARGEABLE AGAINST APPROPRIATE FUND SOURCES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT" WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of the Local Government Code particularly sub-paragraph (xi) of Paragraph (1), Article 99 of its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the City Government, when finances warrant, may provide additional allowances and other benefits to other national government officials stationed in or assigned to the City; WHEREAS consistent thereto, the City Government has been granting such additional monetary incentives to national government officials assigned and actually rendering services to the City to include police officers who are assigned in our locality; WHEREAS, such that the grant of monthly allowance of P5,000.00 to the designated Station Chief of PNP Aviation Group to address immediate and necessary operational expenses in the performance of her duties and obligations is necessary, hence, this authority; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to grant monthly monetary allowance of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos to PLT Evelyn R. Bayocot, Station Chief-Designate, PNP Aviation Security Group, chargeable against appropriate fund sources of the City Government. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his favorable consideration; to the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Treasurer; and the City Auditor, for their reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
