Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND STRONGLY ENDORSING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM) THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, NAMELY: CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL BUILDING AT BARANGAY DANLUGAN AND CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL BUILDING AT BARANGAY PALPALAN IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIFTY MILLION (P50,000,000.00) PESOS, FOR FUNDING CONSIDERATION UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (LGSF-FA) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11520 OR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT" WHEREAS, based on the City Government's approved Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) for Calendar Year 2021, the construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall Building at Barangays Danlugan and Palpalan, both of this city, has been identified and considered local priority development projects; WHEREAS, in its desire to pursue the construction of the foregoing projects, the City Government of Pagadian, considering its limited financial resources, is seeking funding assistance from the national government in the total amount of P50,000,000.00 through the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance (LGSF-FA) provided under Republic Act No. 11520 or the Fiscal Year 2021 General Appropriations Act; WHEREAS, to hasten the approval and release of the requested funding and ensure the early and successful implementation of the foregoing projects, the favorable endorsement from this august body is necessary as a matter of requirement; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and strongly endorse to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), for funding consideration under the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance (LGSF-FA) pursuant to Republic Act No. 11520 or the Fiscal Year 2021 General Appropriations Act, the following development projects of the City Government of Pagadian in the total amount of Fifty Million (P50,000,000.00) Pesos, as specified hereunder, to wit: Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall Building at Barangay Danlugan, P20,000,000.00; and Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall Building at Barangay Palpalan, P30,000,000.00. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable Wendel E. Avisado, Acting Secretary-Department of Budget and Management, Boncodin Hall, General Solano St., San Miguel, Manila, for his favorable consideration; and to Honorable City Mayor Samuel S.
