"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 073, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 7 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-446, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MANDATORY USE OR WEARING OF FACE MASK IN ALL PUBLIC PLACES OF PAGADIAN CITY DURING OR ON OCCASION OF A DECLARED NATIONAL OR LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO AN EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC DISEASE TRANSMISSIBLE THROUGH DROPLETS OR AIRBORNE, AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR THE PURPOSE, ABROGATING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-438," AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING""

WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 073 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;
WHEREAS, following thorough deliberation and discussion, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 073, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Sections 3 And 7 of City Ordinance No. 2021-446, entitled: "An Ordinance Requiring The Mandatory Use Or Wearing Of Face Mask In All Public Places Of Pagadian City During Or On Occasion Of A Declared National Or Local Public Health Emergency Due To An Epidemic Or Pandemic Disease Transmissible Through Droplets Or Airborne, And Providing Penalty For Violation Thereof, And For The Purpose, Abrogating City Ordinance No. 2020-438," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
