RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1117 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 072 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-477, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING ADDITIONAL ONE HUNDRED (100) CASUAL PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN SPECIFIED DEPARTMENT/OFFICES WITHIN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 072, sponsored by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Additional One Hundred (100) Casual Plantilla Positions In Specified Department/Offices Within The City Government Of Pagadian And Providing Funds Therefor," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 072 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-477, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Additional One Hundred (100) Casual Plantilla Positions In Specified Department/Offices Within The City Government Of Pagadian And Providing Funds Therefor."
