RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1116

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 072, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING ADDITIONAL ONE HUNDRED (100) CASUAL PLANTILLA POSITIONS IN SPECIFIED DEPARTMENT/OFFICES WITHIN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING""

WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 072 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;
WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Finance and Appropriations which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 072, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Additional One Hundred (100) Casual Plantilla Positions In Specified Department/Offices Within The City Government Of Pagadian And Providing Funds Therefor" and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
