RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1113 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DONATE LOT 4, BLOCK 37 PARCEL OF CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED LAND WITHIN THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER SITE IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, WITH AN AREA OF 1,102 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, TO THE FOOD AND DRUGS ADMINISTRATION-REGIONAL OFFICE IX" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod adopted Resolution No. 2009-0691, which, in gist, approved the grant by way of Deeds of Donation in the allocation and distribution of the areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City, to the transferring regional offices of the different national government departments and agencies; WHEREAS, in pursuance to this measure, after determining the actual space requirement of the Food and Drugs Administration, the City Government identified and in fact delineated an area measuring 1,102 square meters for the construction and establishment of its Regional Office; WHEREAS, to formalize the allocation of the area the Honorable City Mayor endorsed a Draft Deed of Donation with a request for authority to enter into the same, for which this body finds reasonable and necessary to accord the Honorable City Mayor the necessary authority to represent the City Government in the formal forging of such deed; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to donate Lot 4, Block 37 parcel of City Government-owned land within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site in Barangay Balintawak, this city, with an area of 1,102 square meters, more or less, to the Food and Drugs Administration-Regional Office IX. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action, the City Legal Officer; the Food and Drugs Administration through its Director General Rolando Enrique D. Domingo, Civic Drive, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
