Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DIRECT THE CITY LEGAL OFFICER, THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, THE CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CITY ASSESSOR AND THE HEAD OF THE PAGADIAN CITY REGIONAL CENTER MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATING OFFICE (PRCMCO) TO ATTEND THE MEETING WITH THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON MONDAY, MAY 24, 2021 AT 2:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, AT THE SESSION HALL, SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, 4TH FLOOR, C3 BUILDING, THIS CITY, PURPOSELY TO SHED LIGHT ON THE ISSUES AND CONCERNS RELATIVE TO THE PROPOSED EXPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OVER A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY MS. CHARITY ULIDE SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the body, acting as Committee of the Whole, then considered Draft Ordinance No. 071, entitled: "An Ordinance To Expropriate the parcel of land owned by Ms. Charity Ulide, known as Lot No. B-3-A, covered by TCT No. 131-2019000767, containing an area of 15,000 square meters, situated at Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur and authorizing the City Mayor to initiate expropriation proceedings over the said property and appropriating the necessary funds needed therefore and for other purposes;" WHEREAS, this august body, upon careful perusal and evaluation, and in consideration of the need to verify and obtain vital information and material data surrounding the circumstances of the foregoing parcel of lot which is the subject of the expropriation proceedings, deems it appropriate to invite the concerned department/offices for a conference to ventilate on the foregoing matter, thus requesting the Honorable City Mayor for the purpose is imperative; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to request, as it is hereby requested the Honorable City Mayor to direct the City Legal Officer, the City Planning and Development Officer, the City Building Official, the City Assessor and the Head of the Pagadian City Regional Center Management and Coordinating Office to attend the meeting with the Sangguniang Panlungsod on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Session Hall, Sangguniang Panlungsod, 4th floor, C3 Building, this city, purposely to shed light on the issues and concerns relative to the proposed Expropriation Ordinance over a parcel of land owned by Ms. Charity Ulide situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; to the City Legal Officer; the City Planning and Development Officer; the City Building Official; the City Assessor; and the Head of the Pagadian City Regional Center Management and Coordinating Office, for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
