RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1092 (Sponsor: Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 062, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF SOCIALIZED FEES FOR THE AVAILMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ADOPTION PROCEEDINGS IN THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AND THE OFFICE OF THE LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR OF PAGADIAN CITY PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11222, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "AN ACT ALLOWING THE RECTIFICATION OF SIMULATED BIRTH RECORDS AND PRESCRIBING ADMINISTRATIVE ADOPTION PROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 062 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 062, entitled: "An Ordinance Fixing The Rate Of Socialized Fees For The Availment Of Administrative Adoption Proceedings In The City Social Welfare And Development Office And The Office Of The Local Civil Registrar Of Pagadian City Pursuant To Republic Act No. 11222, otherwise known as "An Act Allowing The Rectification Of Simulated Birth Records And Prescribing Administrative Adoption Proceedings For The Purpose" and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
