RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1080 (By Acclamation) "A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING AND CONVEYING THE CITY'S PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF THE LATE LEMUEL VINCI E. BULAWIN WHO PASSED AWAY LAST 22 APRIL 2021, AT THE AGE OF 57" WHEREAS, last April 22, 2021, Professor Lemuel Vinci E. Bulawin, the City Road Traffic and Management Officer and former Barangay Chairman of Barangay San Francisco, this city, died through a vehicular mishap at the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay at the age of 57; WHEREAS, this august body, looking back at his laudable effort and record of dedicated service to the City Government of Pagadian, being instrumental on the traffic management and road clearing effort of the city, deeply feels his loss as it joins in the sadness and sorrow with his grieving family and the rest of the people of the City of Pagadian whom he had dedicatedly and steadfastly served to the best of his ability as a public servant; NOW, THEREFORE, on joint motion of all Council Members present, it was RESOLVED to express and convey, as this body hereby expresses and conveys the city's profound sympathy and condolences to the family of the late Lemuel Vinci E. Bulawin who passed away last 22 April 2021, at the age of 57. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Bulawin Family, through Mrs. Maria Vemma Bustillo Bulawin, for information. APPROVED BY ACCLAMATION.
