Duterte, has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands, merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 070 on Third Reading and Ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-475, entitled: An Ordinance Further Amending Paragraph A, Section 143, Article 2 of City Ordinance No. 2018-400, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing For The Road Network And Transportation Management Code Of Pagadian City" As Amended By City Ordinance No. 2019-427.
