Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE OF THE PROJECT LOCATION OF 1SAIP20-RF8000-B8, "CONSTRUCTION OF LECHON HOUSE BUILDING (COMMON UTILITY), PHASE II, SANTA LUCIA" TO "CONSTRUCTION OF LECHON HOUSE BUILDING (COMMON UTILITY), PHASE II, SAN PEDRO" WHEREAS, the City Development Council Executive Committee, by way of its Resolution No. 2021-02, sought the approval of this august body to change the project location of 1SAIP20-RF8000-B8, Construction of Lechon House Building (Common Utility), Phase II, which was inadvertently placed at Santa Lucia during the preparation of the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01 instead of San Pedro which is the actual building site; WHEREAS, the body finds the above request appropriate and in order, hence, its concurrence thereof is essential in accordance with the official endorsement of the Honorable City Mayor; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the change of project location of 1SAIP20-RF8000-B8, "Construction of Lechon House Building (Common Utility), Phase II, Santa Lucia" to "Construction of Lechon House Building (Common Utility), Phase II, San Pedro." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Treasurer and the City Auditor, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
