Ariosa, on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 064, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting RA 10068 and Defining the Roles and Responsibilities of the Local Government of Pagadian City in the Implementation of National Organic Agriculture Programs, Its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Issuances," on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
