RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1051 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways & Means; and on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 069 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-473, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE RATES OF FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A VETERINARY HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR LIVESTOCK AND ITS MEAT AND MEAT BY-PRODUCTS" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 069, has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands, merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 069 on Third Reading and Ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-473, entitled: "An Ordinance Setting The Rates Of Fees For The Issuance Of A Veterinary Health Certificate For Livestock And Its Meat And Meat By-Products."
