Pameron) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DIRECT THE CITY ENGINEER AND THE ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER TO ATTEND THE 77TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON APRIL 07, 2021 AT 9:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE SP SESSION HALL, 4TH FLOOR, C3 BUILDING, BARANGAY SANTIAGO, THIS CITY, PURPOSELY TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLANS, PROGRAM OF WORKS AND THE CORRESPONDING COST ESTIMATES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NEW SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD BUILDING LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE ALONG F.S. PAJARES AVENUE, SAN JOSE DISTRICT, THIS CITY, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, through Resolution No. 2021-1015, had requested the Honorable City Mayor to direct the City Engineer to fast-track the preparation of the plans, program of works and the corresponding cost estimates for the construction and establishment of the new Sangguniang Panlungsod building located at the back of the City Engineer's Office along F.S. Pajares Avenue, San Jose District, this City. WHEREAS, in relation thereto, the body wishes to be updated on the status of the request along with some concerns on the other infrastructure projects of the City Government, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby request the Honorable City Mayor to direct the City Engineer and the Assistant City Engineer to attend the 77th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod on April 07, 2021 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning at the SP Session Hall, 4th Floor, C3 Building, Barangay Santiago, this city, purposely to provide an update on the development of the plans, program of works and the corresponding cost estimates for the construction and establishment of the new Sangguniang Panlungsod building located at the back of the City Engineer's Office along F.S. Pajares Avenue, San Jose District, this city, as well as all other infrastructure projects of the City Government of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable consideration; to Engr. Gerry D. Nebria, City Engineer; and Engr.
