Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION IN FAVOR OF THE NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (NTC), WITH REFERENCE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 1, BLOCK 15, CONTAINING AN AREA OF TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (2,350) SQUARE METERS AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER SITE IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR USE AS SITE OF ITS REGIONAL OFFICE 9" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, through Resolution No. 2009-0691, approved the grant by way of Deeds of Donation the allocation and distribution of areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak to the different transferring regional government departments, offices and agencies; WHEREAS, based on the foregoing measure and the space requirement of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), the City Government demarcated Lot No. 1, Block 15, with an area of 2,350 square meters as their Regional Office site; WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor endorsed a Deed of Donation to formalize the allocation of the area to the agency and sought for an authority to sign the foregoing deed; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, a Deed of Donation in favor of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), with reference to the City Government-owned parcel of land known as Lot 1, Block 15, containing an area of Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty (2,350) square meters at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center Site in Barangay Balintawak, this city, for use as site of its Regional Office 9. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, for his appropriate action; the City Legal Officer; the Regional Director, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)-Regional Office 9; and all other offices concerned, for reference.
