RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1012 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2021, (CY-2021 ANNUAL BUDGET) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MURICAY TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Muricay, this City, enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2021, (Barangay Annual Budget, CY-2021) involving the amount of Four Million Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred (P4,245,700.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2021, (CY-2021 Annual Budget) of the Sangguniang Barangay of Muricay to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the concerned Barangay, through the Punong Barangay; the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
