RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1010 (Sponsored by: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising) "A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF MS. ABEGIEL REDOBLE SANCHEZ TO CONSTRUCT, ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A GASOLINE STATION AT BARANGAY DAO, THIS CITY, PROVIDED ALL PERTINENT DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS AS MANDATED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8479 AND SUCH OTHER LAWS AND LOCAL ORDINANCES PERTAINING THERETO ARE DULY COMPLIED WITH" WHEREAS, Ms. Abegiel Redoble Sanchez has applied for the construction and establishment of a gasoline station in Barangay Dao, this city, and sought the support and endorsement of this august body in securing necessary government permits and clearances; WHEREAS, the concerned Committee, to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial consideration and, with the favorable endorsement from the OIC-City Zoning Administrator, finds no impediment to the application provided all requisites for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the facility as may be stipulated under existing national laws and local ordinances be strictly complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to interpose, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the application of Ms. Abegiel Redoble Sanchez to construct, establish and operate a gasoline station at Barangay Dao, this city, provided all pertinent documentary requirements as mandated under Republic Act No. 8479 and such other laws and local ordinances pertaining thereto are duly complied with. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Engineer; the City Building Official, for their monitoring, supervision and appropriate action; and to the applicant, Ms. Abegiel Redoble Sanchez, for her information and guidance.
