RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0985 (Sponsored by: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising and Committee on Police, Fire & Public Safety) "A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A GASOLINE STATION AT PUROK SILI 2, BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY, PROVIDED THAT ALL PERTINENT REQUIREMENTS AS MANDATED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8479 AND SUCH OTHER LAWS AND LOCAL ORDINANCES PERTAINING THERETO ARE DULY COMPLIED WITH" WHEREAS, Mr. William R. Ong III has applied for the construction and establishment of a gasoline fuel station in Purok Sili 2, Barangay Danlugan, this city, and sought the support and endorsement of this august body in securing necessary government permits and clearances; WHEREAS, the concerned Committees to which the foregoing matter was jointly referred for initial consideration, with reference to the favorable endorsement by the OIC-City Zoning Administrator, finds no impediment to the application provided all requisites for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the facility as may be stipulated in existing national laws and local ordinances be strictly complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to interpose, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the construction and establishment of a gasoline station at Purok Sili 2, Barangay Danlugan, this city, provided that all pertinent requirements as mandated under Republic Act No. 8479 and such other laws and local ordinances pertaining thereto are duly complied with. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Engineer; the City Building Official; and Mr. William R.
