"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 060, AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-468, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BORROWING OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY MILLION (P160,000,000.00) PESOS AND, AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER AND SIGN THE LOAN AGREEMENT AND THE DEED OF ASSIGNMENT RELATED THERETO UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED HEREIN"

WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 060, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Borrowing of the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) in the total amount of One Hundred Sixty Million (P160,000,000.00) Pesos and, Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to enter and sign the Loan Agreement and the Deed of Assignment Related Thereto under the Terms and Conditions Stipulated herein," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; 

WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 060, and adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-468, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Borrowing of the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) in the total amount of One Hundred Sixty Million (P160,000,000.00) Pesos and, Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to enter and sign the Loan Agreement and the Deed of Assignment Related Thereto under the Terms and Conditions Stipulated herein."
