"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 059, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROMULGATING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF ROAD CLEARING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", AND SCHEDULING THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" 

WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 059 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 059, entitled: "An Ordinance Promulgating Policies And Guidelines Governing The Operation Of Road Clearing Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of Pagadian City And Prescribing Penalties For Violation Thereof", and scheduling the same on Third and Final Reading.
