RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0951 Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, s. 2020, (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01) OF BARANGAY SAN JOSE" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose, this City, enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2020, involving the amount of Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Four & 84/100 (P423,174.84) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after consideration and evaluation by this august body through the concerned committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and declare, as this body hereby approves and declares as operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2020, (Supplemental Budget No. 01) of Barangay San Jose. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of San Jose through its Punong Barangay and to the City Budget Officer, this city, for information and guidance.
