Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING EN TOTO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD AS ENUNCIATED UNDER ITS BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 003-2021" WHEREAS, the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, during its board meeting held on 05 January 2021, passed and enacted Resolution No. 003-2021, entitled: "A resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod that the total payments of Mr. Michael Tan of his Rent-to-Own Stall No. TF-23 amounting to P315,229.00 be credited to any of the vacant stalls he wished to purchase in the City Commercial Center (C3);" WHEREAS, the foregoing Board Resolution was anchored on the fact that a certain Michael Tan-who had entered into a rent-to-own contract with the City Government of Pagadian with reference to Stall No. TF-23 at the City Commercial Center (C3) and had already paid the required down payment of P315,229.00-sought for the refund of his payment and utilize the same as down payment for another vacant stall following the information that his former stall was already awarded to another person; WHEREAS, this body, after careful perusal and evaluation and, finding no legal impediment thereto, deems it reasonable and practicable to approve and adopt the C3 Board's recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts en toto the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board as enunciated under its Board Resolution No. 003-2021 which, in gist, authorizes the C3 Management to credit the total payments made by the former awardee of Stall No. TF-23 to any vacant stalls at the City Commercial Center that shall be awarded to him. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Commercial Center (C3) Board through Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the C3 Board; and the Manager-City Commercial Center (C3), for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANINOUSLY.
